  • Bookmark our website address (www.sotekassa.fi/en) in your browser and avoid using search engines (e.g., Google) to log in.
    • Search engine results may contain fake pages or ads that can be misleading.

Be Especially Cautious in the Following Situations

Be alert if you receive a message that:

  • contains a link or an attachment,
  • urges you to act urgently, or
  • asks for personal information or banking credentials.

How to Recognize a Genuine Message from Sotekassa

  • We communicate about current matters on our website and through eService.
  • We send newsletters a few times a year from the address [email protected].
  • If you are a member, we mainly communicate with you via eService. You will be notified of new messages in eService by email (from [email protected]) or SMS. These messages do not contain a direct link to eService.
  • We will never ask for your personal identification data / credentials or banking details via email or text message

New Practice to Improve Security
