Sotekassa’s membership fee will be €42 also in 2027
Finanssivalvonta has confirmed Sotekassa’s membership fee for 2027. The membership fee will remain unchanged at €42 per year, which is equivalent to €3.50 per month. The merger of Super Unemployment Fund into Sotekassa on 1 January 2027 will not affect the amount of the membership fee.
Are you a member of both a union and the fund?
If you are a member of Sotekassa and belong to one of the following trade unions, the union will pay the fund’s membership fee on your behalf:
- Tehy ry
- Suomen Fysioterapeutit ry
- Suomen Toimintaterapeutit ry
- Suomen Työterveyshoitajaliitto ry
- SuPer ry (from 1 January 2027)
- Kirkon alat ry (from 1 January 2027)
Please ensure that you pay your union membership fee in accordance with your union’s instructions. For more information, please contact your union.
Are you a member of the unemployment fund only?
If you are a member of Sotekassa without union membership, we will send you the membership fee invoice for 2027 in January.
We recommend ordering an e-invoice through your online banking service. An e-invoice is an easy and secure way to pay the membership fee.
How to order an e-invoice:
- Log into your online banking service and select the option to order an e-invoice.
- Search for the invoicer under the name Terveydenhuoltoalan työttömyyskassa if you place the order during 2026. From the beginning of 2027, the invoicer’s name will be Sote työttömyyskassa.
- Enter your personal identification number as the identification information.
If you have already ordered Sotekassa’s e-invoice, you do not need to place a new order because of the change of name.
If you do not order an e-invoice, we will send the invoice to the email address you have provided to the fund. If no email address has been provided or the address is incorrect, we will send the invoice by post.
