E-service for members

In Sotekassa’s electronic service, eService, you can manage your membership and unemployment security matters in a data secure manner, whenever it suits you best. eService was previously known as WebKassa.

eService is the unemployment fund’s electronic service, where you can, for example

  • file applications for benefits
  • send attachments
  • track the progress of the processing of your application
  • check information about the benefits paid to you and the decisions relating to them
  • send messages to the Fund’s experts
  • track the expiry of the maximum eligibility period for earnings-related unemployment allowance
  • check the tax information available to the Fund
  • edit your contact details.


You can log in to eService using your personal bank credentials, a mobile certificate or a smart card.

We recommend using eService as your primary channel of service, as it is secure and fast.

Services from the Sotekassa to help you find employment

As a member of the unemployment fund, you can use the new services to support you in a job search. As a first step, the unemployment fund will offer you training related to the job search.
